A solution for the South Australian Employment Tribunal (SAET) jurisdiction for the complete End-to-End workflow implementation of CMS (Case Management System) to manage Return To Work (RTW) Application Case, including Review, Case Lodgment, hearings and Appeals etc.

  • It is a solution empowered by CaseVision for the Attorney General’s Department of South Australia (AGD) to service the South Australian Employment Tribunal (SAET) and the co-located Tribunals and Courts.
  • Extraction of application through CMS application, Outlook email, and third party servers.
  • Business Admin module helps to configure the entire business logic and work flow sequence.

As per project schedule plan, the production deployment date was achieved on time on July 2019.

M&S contract renewed for 5 years to manage the support issues. No escalation yet for development support to SAET.
